  • 1cl MONIN Almond syrup
  • 2cl MONIN Cherry Brandy liqueur
  • 4cl Stolichnaya Chocolate Razberi
  • 8cl Pago Plumjuice

• Pour all ingrediens into a glas with ice, shake and strain 7cl up into a martiniglas.
• pour 5cl into a pot and mix it with liquid nitrogen until it is ice. Put the "ice" in small cups.
• take the last 3cl and build caviar with molecular powder. Garnish with a chocolate lattice, fresh raspberries and almond. Put all 3 on a slate and serve, it is one of the best drinks i´ve ever create.
